Mediterranean Pasta with Greens

I got a new bookbook yesterday and wanted to give it a try.



Cookbook: Clean Food.

Ease of preparation: 5 out of 5

Accessibility of ingredients:3 out of 5. The recipe called for kale, which we don’t have in Thailand. I substituted spinach. It also contains mirin. It’s a bit strange to put mirin in a Mediterranean dish, but it worked. 

Taste: It was a chickpea, tomato based dish, which I’ve had a gazillion times, but it was very tasty. It was super quick to make.

Comments: Make it. It’s got your carbs, greens and protein in one dish and takes 25 minutes to prepare. Perfect for after work.
