Tempeh Pâté and Broccoli, Black Bean and Walnut Stirfry


A quick Sunday night meal. Tempeh makes the most delicious pâté (which incidentally means paste and has nothing to do with meat) and it tastes alarming like meat,although being made from whole soybeans means it is much healthier. It’s a greeny colour, as I threw a stack of fresh basil in to the Vitamix. The broccoli stirfry was

not the best dish I’ve ever cooked, but it was satisfying and good. Seb’s gone off tempeh, which is a crying shame.
