Coconut and Lime Bundt Cake

This was a lovely tea cake from the culinary creative genius of Isa Chandra Moscovitz and Tony Romero. To bind and leaven this cake there was loads of coconut milk, baking powder and baking soda. For flavour, I used lime juice, lime zest and lots of shredded coconut. This cake needed less cooking time than prescribed, but I think my oven is a bit hot.
